Returns & Quality Policy
Eco Nature Organics selected range of fruit, vegetable & groceries are of the highest standard available, the following quality control procedures are carried out to ensure that your goods are delivered in perfect condition.
- Inspection of product packaging.
- Grocery products are stored within a cool, concrete walled warehouse, away from sunlight.
- Use by date validation.
- Two person qty & item check before packing, this ensure's order is fullfilled in full as per order summary.
- All grocery items are housed within a recyclable cardboard box & cushioned with shredded recyclable paper, breakables are protected in bubble wrap.
- Your Fruit & Vegetables are picked up & delivered on the same day that growers deliver them, the fruit & vegetables are delivered in recyclable waxed cardboard boxes.
- A continuous improvement plan is implemented, feedback & suggestions are more than welcome.
If for some reason you are not happy with the quality of your order, please call or email, Eco Nature Organics know, that organic products are of the highest quality, our aim is to exceed your expectations & resolve any problems in a timely manner, please call within 24 hours of delivery.
Any issue's are based on a case by case investigation, Eco Nature Organics reserves the right to refuse unreasonble claims. |
