It is not a requirement to register and Log in to purchase items from
this site, it's purpose is to facilitate a fast/efficient ordering experience
for repeat purchases.
Search Engine use:
If known, you can quickly find an item by entering the keyword
into the search engine field box, the drop down box must
read All Categories when searching by keywords.
Note: Using a keyword, eg: honey, will pick up all items that contain the ingredient honey, not just a jar of honey etc.
You can also quickly go between categories by clicking the drop down box & then by clicking the magnifying glass.
Ordering/Delivery time/Day's
All orders received before 9.30pm Wednesday's will be delivered on the next day/same week, Thursday, Friday or Saturday whichever suit's your convenience.
Orders received after 9.30pm Wednesday's are delivered on the following Thursday, Friday or Saturday.

Internet Ordering
Simply click on:
- Select goods that you wish to purchase & click the Add to Cart tab, each click on the Add to Cart will add one item, eg: click tab 4 times for 4 ea.
- Click, your cart tab to progress to the checkout. You can delete items, change qty's or go back to catalogue to add more items.
- Click, checkout tab which will take you to the contact & delivery information screen.
- Enter all relevant information. (If you have registered & have logged in, all your details will be inserted automatically)
- Select the correct shipping method.
- Select your payment method, 2 methods shown, 4 payment methods available. See below for more detail.
- Read the terms of purchase & use, tick the box to proceed, please don't hesitate to call if you have any queries or concerns.
- Click, continue to complete the purchase, an order confirmation acknowledging reciept of your order will be sent to your email address.
- Eco Nature Organics will call to discuss the delivery day (Refer to delivery page for more information) & to confirm payment method choice (See below detail) + any additional instructions required, once all detail has been confirmed, an order summary outling your purchase will be sent by email.

Funds require clearance prior to dispatching non
